We really enjoyed our trip with Ricardo! We had an excellent Tourguide. On the way to Alveiro we made a stop at the beach and at the market. Ricardo seems to know a lot about Porto and made sure to tell us all about the places we visited. He also gave us tips for the rest of our stay here, which we very much appreciate. We expected a bit more of the boat trip but all in all it was an enjoyable day!

The Cathedral of Porto is a Romanesque-Gothic building dating from the 12th and 13th centuries. During the 17th and 18th centuries, the Cathedral went through major renovations that resulted in Baroque features, adding to the diversity of styles in the construction. Inside, it still retains the appearance of a fortress-church, with battlements. The beautiful rose window form the 12th century and the loggia or side porch designed by Nicolau Nasoni in the 18th century, facing the city, are two of the most beautiful features of the Sé.
