Extremally slow service during tubing. Very short staff , you should hire more workers. Booked tickets online for tubing still no clear instructions where to get printed copy, just roaming here n there such a wastage of time !!!!!! Poor management. WE HAD really great experience in BANFF . YOU SHOULD LEARN FROM THEM HOW TO MANAGE TUBING. WASTAGE OF MONEY.

The tickets system is the easiest to use. We loved the personnel who help my wife with her broken foot get in and out of gondola. The sites at the top are incredible.
