Amboseli is the most famous national park in Kenya, where visitors can observe the best wildlife, see Mount Kilimanjaro, visit the Maasai village. Located in the remote south of Kenya, along the border with Tanzania, Amboseli is not only famous for its stunning wilderness landscape with its most iconic peak - Mount Kilimanjaro. It is also one of the best places on the continent to observe the African animal world, especially the African elephant.

Amboseli is considered the quintessence of Kenya's national parks, and if you ever get the chance to set foot here, you'll know why. The average temperature in the park throughout the year is moderate, but it's still a good idea to bring a light jacket, warm fleece, or sweater to wear early in the morning and at night when you're out to watch the stars, as at night.
