Ørestad, a city development district in Copenhagen, is divided in two by a highway going through the city center. I wanted to take an image showing the divide between the two parts of the city, and found a good spot on a bridge a couple of houndred meters away.
The "Insect Forest" is a collection of dark tree trunks resembling tall grass or sea weed. It's part of the Himmelhøj nature playground on Kalvebod Fælled on the island of Amager – on which you'll find the easternmost part of Copenhagen.

It’s hard not to miss a man poking his head out of a window. It’s doubly hard not to miss him as he brushes his teeth. I suppose it is better than staring at the mirror. I wish I had a bathroom with a view.

I had just spent the weekend with my girlfriend in Copenhagen, she had just left to go home and I still had a whole day to kill till my flight. I used it to get used to my camera, in the bitter February cold and that is when I Discovered this beauty.
