I was invited to attend Milan Fashion week in a February of 2018. It was my first time in Milan, and I was astounded at the amount of beautiful architecture it has around the city. I wanted to capture that but also tie in fashion along with it. As we were shooting, these birds started passing all over the place! It was magical! I give my model credit for standing so still. This photo represents my journey that day. Somehow arrived to the train station but took me some time to leave it in the direction of the city, not because was my first time there, but because all sides I looked seemed like it was staged for me to keep photographing. Finally my friends arrived to pick me up and asked me, “why didn’t I came out? We are waiting for almost an hour.” Eventually on the way to the city, I had the feeling my journey was over.

A long exposure shot at the lake in Varese, Italy. This was shot in April 2019 in the morning for the sunrise at around 6am. There was a great silence and noone around, only the birds sang in their peaceful morning sound. These are my favourit moments, when the day begins and everything comes to live again, the night turns into light.

We were on our way to Goillet Lake at 2561 meters above Breuil-Cervinia and took this shot with apparently no wind blowing on the lake. It’s 23 years since I first knew this outstanding piece of rock, italian called Mount Cervino, but all the time I see it in front of me it leaves me stunning and breathless. It’s a deep feeling you never forget.
