I was hiking for round about 100 kilometers in the north of sweden. After a few days I found this little lake on a mountain. In the night I had the unbelievable opportunity to take some pictures of these polar lights over this little lake. After I took this picture I forgot where my tent was. So I walked around for about 2 hours searching my tent. But I found it. So, everything okay. :)

We searched the coast line for 5 hours to find a new unridden break. After a lot of trekking through forests and rocky beached we finally gave up and took a decision to check our regular surf spot just before sunset. We arrived just as the sun was setting and managed to finally catch some waves. The light was too good not to try to capture and I was happy I brought water camera to get this shot.
A remote cabin on the Finnish side of Haparanda. It belongs to the grandmother of my friend Hanna and has been in the family for generations. There’s no electricity or toilets, just a log aga in the middle of the room to heat it. It gets so cold here in the winter that if you don’t wake up ever 2-3 hours to keep the fire going, you’ll be dead by the morning.
The very first bathhouse in Borgholms harbor was built in 1865 in the eastern part of the harbor and was a combined hot and cold bathhouse. A cold bathhouse in the western part of the harbor was only clear in 1882, in the same place where the current cold bathhouse stands. The building was constructed according to drawings by engineer John Löfmark, Kalmar. It was devastated by a storm in February 1934, but was rebuilt the same year, in a smaller size, ready to open for midsummer. This is still the same structure today, and has to be experienced if you visit the island of Öland.
My friends Jacob and Nicola and I went on a hill a day before newyear to await the snow, which was predicted to come this day. We took a cooker and some mulled wine with us and enjoyed this moment.
In the style of Van Gogh's painting "Starry Night," massive congregations of greenish phytoplankton swirl in the dark water around Gotland, a Swedish island in the Baltic Sea. Phytoplankton are microscopic marine plants that form the first link in nearly all ocean food chains. Population explosions, or blooms, of phytoplankton, like the one shown here, occur when deep currents bring nutrients up to sunlit surface waters, fueling the growth and reproduction of these tiny plants.
It's Christmas Eve in Sweden, the water is crystal clear and have a temperature about 5 degrees celsius. At this time of year we have about 6 hours of sun light, this day it stayed like this the whole day. That this day also was the day after me and my fiancée got engaged was just such a blessing, it felt like the best way to start the rest of our lives.
We were on a canoë trip through the beautiful nature of Sweden and we decided to wake up early and enjoy the sunrise. One of the most beautiful sunrises i’ve ever seen.
When the sun shines and the air is warm there is no better feeling than taking a ride with this natural powered beast. Out to the fields, up the mountains, down the hill… the options are limitless.
One of the shots from my over-a-month long vacations in Sweden, this particularly is in my boyfriend’s hometown, Lysekil.

During my walk of the Kungsleden in the north of sweden, I had many, many great views and a whole bunch of amazing landscapes. This picture is one of my favorites because I slept there two days and had a great time.

Haven’t been fishing today, but instead got this majestic looking view. I was photographing hey in ice before and then looked if there was something interesting close by on google maps. I sow a long lake on the map and went there. By the road there were two small houses and a jetty. In front of it those two snowy boats, I especially liked the orange in the close one. Then I waited for half an hour to get the light right on the hills in the background.
We were out exploring the west coast in Sweden when we found this gem. I didn’t even know that Sweden had this kind of scenery, it looks a lot like what you can expect to see in the southern parts of Europe!
Shot in the backstreets of Stockholm, Sweden. we came across this church after walking for hours through the city on a shoot!
This picture was taken when I was heading back home from a mini vacation. While driving I saw this gigantic ruin that used to be a castle. First things first, I parked my car and went down and I believe I took a total of 5 photos. This was one of them! Sometimes that’s all you need!

Sunday walk during last days of summer in Stockholm led me to Kastellholmen, island where is this building, hidden behind trees, only its tower is peaking out of it with flag on top.
Most of the trail leading to the Njupeskär waterfall looks like this, well-paved roads and sometimes even wooden pathways
